The fast path: Pick the departed LO and the covering LO in Quick Fill from roster and hit the button. The covering LO's name, phone, email, and headshot fill from the OFM directory automatically. Type the NMLS # yourself, the directory no longer hands it out. Departed LOs are listed too, since they are no longer in the directory. New to it? Hit Load demo example for a safe sample run.

Pick the LOs & rate.
Use Quick Fill (above) or type details manually. Rate Drop mode also takes the new rate.

Upload the client CSV.
Columns required: first_name · last_name · email · loan_closed_date · loan_type

Tweak the subject & body.
Merge fields like {{first_name}} auto-fill from each row. The live preview on the right shows row 1.

Export.
CSV for LeadMailbox drops straight into the platform. .eml bundle is a zip of individual emails for Outlook import.
